At g2o, a consulting firm blending research, design, data, and technology, I led generative and evaluative research across retail, finance, government, real estate, healthcare, and industrial automation. Clients included Cardinal Health, Ohio.gov, Huntington Bank, M/I Homes, and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. I facilitated workshops to align stakeholders across business silos, generate ideas cross-functionally, and prioritize decisions grounded in research — and helped improve how our UX team worked.
